Seafront Dreams villa is built on a plot of 5,000sqm, surrounded by olive trees, and has endless sea views, privacy, and tranquillity.

The villa
The large terrace offers stunning views of the Souda Bay and the green surroundings. There are two entrances on the upper level of the villa, leading to the spacious living and dining area. On this floor, there are two bathrooms and the villa has a total of 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One bedroom is on the top floor, while all the others are located on the lower floor, along with the 2 bathrooms.

There is straight access to the private pool through both the front side bedrooms, and it’s also just a few steps away from the other 2 bedrooms, which overlook the blue sea. A fifth bedroom has its own private shaded patio, where you can leisure in privacy. The sixth bedroom can be also accessed from the side of the villa with nice green exteriors and a sitting area. The high-standard finishing of the interior details gives a modern and luxurious touch.

The outdoors
The eye-catching pool is on the front side of the villa, enjoying an unobstructed sea view, giving a sense of infinity. The pool is surrounded by green patches that are great for sunbathing, gardening, or simply relaxing! A magnificent feature of Seafront Dreams is the variety of outdoor areas. Besides the pool and main garden area, there is a shaded area with a large dining table, and also the private space paved with stones, which is part of a bedroom. Additionally, there is another extension of the garden on the side of the villa.

Location
Plaka, Crete is a charming traditional village, built on the slope of a hill, and with views of Souda bay. The village is located between Kokkino Chorio and Almyrida, a small fishing village, with its sandy beach and various amenities. A few shops and amenities, such as tavernas and Kafenions are available in Plaka.
