Apartment Complex in Samos

Apartment complex, near the sea and at the foot of the Nightingale valley.
The complex (a former guest house) consists of 4 apartments, each with its own privacy and independence. Every apartment is fully furnished. The ground floor is suitable for recreational rental while upstairs you will find a spacious living area.

The floors are partly tiled and partly marble floors.
Warm water supply by solar water heater (new 2016).
Natural stone on the surrounding terraces.
Large garden (approx. 400 sq.m) with orange / lemon trees, olive trees and many other fruit trees.
The beach is 200 meters away.

The village of Agios Konstantinos is just a couple of steps away and has, apart from a supermarket and a mini market, some charming and authentic Greek restaurants.

In the vicinity there are several beaches with amenities such as sun beds, parasols and tavernas.

The Nightingale Valley is one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Greece.

From here you can walk towards the lovely mountain villages of Manolatis, Vourliotes, Ambelos and Stavrinides.

The bus stop is 50 meters away. Kokkari, Samos Town and Karlovasi can be reached by bus. Samos Airport is 30 km away.
