J’ai fait connaissance avec Elxis par le site seconderesidence.be. En cliquant sur Crète, j’ai trouvé des projets de maisons à construire et je me suis rendue ensuite à Gand en mars au Flanders Expo où Elxis m’a très bien reçue…en français.
Ils m’ont envoyée ensuite un cd rom très complet des maisons crétoises. Je suis allée ensuite en Crète où Elxis m’a pris rendez-vous avec la société crétoise de construction. J’ai choisi alors le terrain et le type de construction.
Ensuite Elxis a toujours ou presque été l’intermédiaire entre la société de construction et moi que ce soit pour les paiements ou les traductions parfois difficiles de mots techniques en anglais (quoique je commence à les maîtriser!) et bien sûr pour les rendez-vous en Crète avec le constructeur (Je suis allée ensuite 3 fois en Crète). Je remercie Elxis car sans eux ma maison ne serait peut-être qu’un rêve. Car ma maison a été finie en 9 mois et correspond à mes désirs.
I got to know Elxis through seconderesidence.be. By clicking on Crete, I found projects for houses to build and then I went to Ghent in March to Flanders Expo where Elxis welcomed me very well…in French.
They then sent me a very complete cd rom of the Cretan houses. I then went to Crete where Elxis made an appointment with the Cretan construction company. I then chose the land and the type of construction.
Then Elxis was always or almost always the intermediary between the construction company and me, whether it was for payments or the sometimes difficult translation of technical words into English (although I’m beginning to master them!) and of course for the appointments in Crete with the builder (I then went to Crete 3 times). I would like to thank Elxis because without them my house would perhaps only be a dream. Because my house was finished in 9 months and is what I wanted.
